Tennis membership is available separately and cottage is very close to the Piper Restaurant, Sanctuary Woods Park and trails, the Macatawa Bay Yacht Club and Eldean’s Marina.Many recent improvements that are in keeping with the classic cottage feel from new roof in 2008, to electrical wiring brought to code, older pine floors that were refurbished, newer attic insulation, newer kitchen cabinets and new refrigerator anddishwasher in 2013. The upper floor has a great bunk room with 2 queen beds and twin and features wood ceilings. Lower level has a bedroom and large storage area andbath. City water is slated to be installed soon. Parking on South side of home may be filled with summer renter’s cars (room for up to 4 cars). Surveyed recently. |
